We are running a Depression & Anxiety Recovery Program in Wauchope starting with 2 free information sessions for people to determine if they think this program will benefit them.
The program will be held at the Wauchope Senior Citizens Hall in High St., with the free information sessions being on September 24 @ 10am and on October 1 @ 6pm. This will be our second program with the first being run in the first half of the year.
This program is being used world wide and is very successful helping people overcome their anxiety and depression over time, with some participants eventually becoming medication free. The program is NOT intended to replace the participants current doctor/patient relationship but rather is to be used along of this. Participants are told to work with their doctors. It is important that this is made clear.
Neil Nedley, M.D., is a physician in Internal Medicine (gastroenterology, mental health, lifestyle medicine and the difficult-to-diagnose patient).
His books include ‘Depression – the Way Out’, and his 8-part DVD series is used extensively in mental health education throughout the U.S. and other countries.
His test (patent pending) helps an individual or physician determine specific operative causes that impair mental performance, levels of depression and/or anxiety, and emotional intelligence.
Dr. Nedley is President of Weimar Center of Health and Education, owner of the Nedley Clinic, President of Ardmore Gastroenterology Management and of Southern Oklahoma Diagnostic Center.
