Out of the Shadows is a journey of remembrance and a walk that unites the Port Macquarie community. It provides a time and space to acknowledge the ways in which suicide and mental illness have affected our lives and our loved ones. It’s a time to mourn those people in our lives who have been lost to suicide.
The walk coincides with World Suicide Prevention Day and Lifeline Mid Coast provides this opportunity for you to share with others as people join together to make a difference in raising awareness and uniting in a commitment to prevent further deaths by suicide.
