Heart Health New South Wales Inc., is a newly established organisation doing one-on-one with people with Heart issues.
They are undertaking visitations to Heart Patients at Port Macquarie Base Hospital, assisting with hospital rehabilitation, fund raising for hospital needs in cardiac and physiotherapy areas, exercise (walking) programs post-rehabilitation, linking with HeartKids, providing a support network for carers and giving support to ALL members of those families of Heart Patients.
We are not just stopping at Port Macquarie but will be “SERVICING THE MID NORTH COAST AND BEYOND”
The Inaugural meeting of Heart Health NSW Inc. is to be held on
Thursday 11th October at 6.30pm
