I love snacking. It’s why I struggle to not grab a kilo of hummus and crackers every time I shop. But I love little things to nibble on so I need to have options. But they have to be healthy options!

I made baking or making a healthy snack one of my 30 Days of Loving Single Challenge because there’s something about creating in the kitchen that I find therapeutic and it’s important to look after yourself. So here are some suggestions to help inspire you!
